If you are on this page, it means we did not meet your expectation or you made a mistake with your order. Let us fix it:
In order for us to accept your return, an item needs to be in its original state: all packing and labels need to be in their original state. Items must have not been worn, used or washed. The customer must contact MAPULA Swim within 7 days (days include weekend) to process the return. If it is more that 7 days, unfortunately your return or exchange will not be handled.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and all shipping and exchange costs are nonrefundable. In the case of a missing, damaged or incorrect item being received by customer, a full refund will be paid excluding shipping costs. By any means the customers wears or uses a damaged item, a refund will be null.
Finally, images of products may slightly vary in colour, look or feel and as such MAPULA Swim will not be liable for any refunds or costs pertaining to a customer’s dissatisfaction on the final product.
All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged (sorry).
